Four Bedroom Three Bath Pool Home Completely Updated Only 2 Blocks From the Beach. Currently blocked off for fall/winter of 2021- reach out to get approval to stay
Walking distance to the ocean, restaurants and shopping or just stay and relax within your private oasis by the pool.
The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and we require guests to respect the peaceful environment. There are no parties allowed, extra overnight guests, noise after 10 pm or smoking. (*If a renter breaks these conditions, he/she will forfeit their security deposit.) The hot tub and pool are heated. If you choose to heat either, there will be an extra charge to cover individual propane costs.
The home has two master suites which are perfect for two couples traveling who want privacy. Try out surfing, or a walk on the beach and watch the sunrise. Come check out Katie’s Kottage Beachside on your next vacation!

We had an incredible stay! Definitely check out wicked pineapple, cakekrush, and dakine burritos! The walk to the beach is easy. The house is beautiful. Didn’t want to come home!

This house had great bedrooms and a bathrooms that made coming with teen girls a haven. Great kitchen for teamwork meals and excellent privacy for pool and hot tub time. Everyone was very happy.

This was a great house an easy driving distance from the beach with kids. Adults could walk to the beach. The kitchen was beautiful, and we loved the backyard and pool. My only (minor) quibble is that the kitchen could use a few more plates, pots and pans, blender, etc. If there are specific things you want to make in the kitchen that require specific kitchen items, you might want to bring those from home. We had a great time!

The house was perfect for our family stay! Spacious, open kitchen/living area and great pool and jacuzzi! The jacuzzi was easy to work, too! We were close to the beach and restaurants. The house was clean and Megan was easy to communicate with. We will stay here again!!!!

Satellite Beach was a great middle spot between Jax and Miami. We met some friends halfway on a long weekend for my wife’s birthday. This house was perfect, way bigger than expected! There were 4 adults and 3 kids and it never seemed crowded. Amazing pool and hot tub! We spent the majority of the time in the pool. Great to keep the kids busy and allow parents time to relax. Close to the beach and it is walkable, which we did on the first day. There is a public access just a block over. We ended up driving to the bigger public access (to the South) the next day because of the amount of stuff we were hauling. Kitchen was great for breakfast and lunch. Dinner, too, but we ate dinner out each night. The house is very close to great spots - Longdoggers, Little Dos, Publix (Pub Subs). Our host, Megan, was very attentive and responded quickly when we had questions. We loved it and would highly recommend!

All four adults and three grandkids really enjoyed the house and the pool. Close proximity to beaches and parks. Couple of walkable restaurants but most had to drive. One bedroom had a noisy A/C unit just outside but overall house worked well for everyone. Could use a nicer grill but plenty of beach and pool toys. Definitely recommend it.

Great location to beach,restaurants,and shopping. The pool was great and clean. This house had everything you needed to prepare meals with really nice appliances , including laundry facilities. It was an easy check in process . As an added bonus it has a large sun room. It has plenty of space for family.

Loved this property. Very comfortable, nice updates, well appointed. Clean upon arrival, notebook handy with instructions, and close to restaurants, beach and events. Loved the pool area and enclosed lanai. Perfect for a quiet getaway or fun with friends. Would definitely return!

My husband and I and our 2yr old daughter stayed with our two friends and their 4month old at Michigan Beach. It was a wonderful week! The place had a great location that was a short walk to the beach. We spent most of our days using the wonderful pool at the home. We loved it and the kids loved it! There is a little shallow end with an umbrella where you can get out of the sun if you need to and for the young kids to play. The hot tub was a great way for the parents to relax at the end of the day! The first night the hot tub had a short and Megan responded to us immediately and had it fixed the next day! The house had plenty of space for our fun trip and it and we hope to come back again in the future!

Had a golf trip with a few buddies. Such a nice place in a great neighborhood. Plenty of room, very clean. The little screened in porch area next to the pool was really nice. Easy walk to the beach and some really good food places. Would love to come back with the family again!!

The property was very nice. There was plenty of room for everyone. Great pool and spa. A few Blocks from the beach and close to the grocery store and local restaurants. Very clean with all the amenities.
