Thionville3 nights2.0 star property8.8/10 - Excellent (270 reviews)"The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a pedestrian area so you must walk in with your luggage. The hotel is on the first floor with no elevator. The Republic parking lot is closest and free between 7pm and 9 am. Google directions will not let you drive to the hotel as it is in the pedestrian area. The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. All in all a good stay."Reviewed October 22, 2026Return • Dublin (DUB) - Metz (ETZ)DUB - LUX • Direct LUX - DUB • 1 stop€239€219found 1 day agoper traveller - Relais Manderen

There was no drink facilities in the room. Continental Breakfast was a little basic but still good. Well located for the train station and a very short walk into the town, via a footbridge over the river. The hotel/room did what we needed it to do."Reviewed November 1, 2026Return • Dublin (DUB) - Metz (ETZ)DUB - LUX • Direct LUX - DUB • 1 stop€248€224found 1 day agoper traveller - B&B Hotel Thionville Yutz Route Du Luxembourg

"We went out of our way to return to this lovely place, and we've used two different rooms. Charming hosts, huge rooms, clean and tastefully furnished, above-average amenities, comfortable beds, large bathrooms, excellent showers. Great breakfast. No problem parking. "Amazing hotel in a quaint village. Convenient, walkable. Nice restaurant . Reasonable priced breakfast. 130 year old family owned hotel. Lovely out door space on the second floor. Locked parking lot. We experienced auto mechanical problem with our rental. Owner Maxim went above and beyond at 11pm to help us out. Wonderful experience. "The rooms were VERY hot with almost no ventilation. The ceiling was very low. I kept bumping my head. The toilet /shower area was cramped. No soap provided in either sink or bathroom. Breakfast was good. We were not permitted in the backyard which is featured in the photo. I would not recommend this place. "

"Great location for a stopover or a short visit in Langres. The hotel and rooms are clean, small though, but for the purpose of getting a good night sleep and taking a shower it is an excellent choice. It's called IBIS budget for a reason, hence do not expect a luxury hotel. My rating is relative to the property category. I would go back anytime."
