"Great experience! Interesting setup with the shared kitchen etc...you get to meet people coming and going if you spend time on the main floor. Manny puts personal attention into the house and his guests, and is *very* helpful and friendly. Our specific space in the basement was roomy and the AC was cranked nice and low, bed was comfy, great lighting, heated bathroom mirror... *but* the folding couch is at the end of its life and in its current state I'd suggest it being a space for only 2 to sleep. We used the BBQ and ate in the afternoon sun on the back patio, Set up the laptop on the *amazing* leather couch in the living room to do some work, we cooked multiple meals and all the guests were respectful of our foodstuffs. Plenty of coffee to go around, water cooler in the dining room, easy check in, grocery stores/mall a couple minutes drive away, about 30 minute drive from downtown.
