Fabulous beachside, ground floor apartment on the Strand in Saundersfoot, this is a much sought after location in the heart of the attractive, seaside village. The Apartment has wonderful sea views and private, direct access to the beach. Saundersfoot's restaurants and shops are just a short stroll away. Seashells is a great location for a coastal holiday anytime of the year. Ideally suited to 2 or 3 guests but can accommodate up to 5 guests.
Three steps to enter the apartment from outside. Once inside the apartment, the accommodation is on one level, no stairs. The accommodation is all on the ground floor(ground floor bath/shower room, WC, and bedroom.
Kitchen: Well-equipped kitchen, Washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, grill and hob. Kettle, Toaster. Sea Views.
Lounge/Diner: Comfortable and cosy lounge/diner. New Sony Bravia LED HDR 4K ultra HD smart Google TV, 43 with Youview/freesat HD and Dolby Atmos. New Sony DVD player. comfortable new sofa bed (double sofa bed). Dining table and chairs. Bay window with great sea views. New furniture and carpets.
Bedroom 1: Quality double bed with a luxury comfort pocket spring mattress, fitted furniture, New Roberts Radio Petite 2 DAB+/FM RDS Portable Digital Radio with Alarm and Bluetooth for streaming music from your Bluetooth device.
Bedroom 2: Small single bedroom. Brand new quality 2ft 6" single bed with a luxury pocket spring mattress. Fitted single wardrobe. This room has a curtain instead of a door leading into the hallway.
Shower room: Sleek, modern, and newly renovated shower room with double shower, vanity wash basin, toilet, heater and heated towel radiator
Pets: Sorry, no pets.
Garden/Patio: Wonderful sea views from the patio area (outside Seashells' entrance door) with garden furniture. This leads to a shared grass/garden area which leads directly onto the sand beach.
Heating: Heating and electricity included.
Short Breaks: Accepted but not in peak weeks.
Parking: The allocated parking space is opposite Seashells lounge bay window and has a number 1 at the front of the parking space. It is second space from the white boundary wall(when facing the beach)
Notes: Mobile phone signal weak, Towels provided. Direct access to beach. New BT/EE Wifi installed on 24.10.2024. Hairdryer supplied. Two fans available for summer months also. No smoking inside the property.
