  • Smokerise Cabin is located on 3.5 private, fenced, wooded acres which back up to Smithgall Woods-Dukes Creek Conservation Area (5,600-acre mountain retreat). Smokerise Drive is directly off Hwy 75, a little more than 3 miles from Helen and 4 miles from Cleveland GA. A perfect mix of privacy, cabin-cozy yet so convenient to Helen and surrounding areas.

    This veteran-owned, 3 Bedroom and 3 bath cabin offers you a full and relaxing vacation experience. The property is off Hwy 75, yet close to Helen. For those that know of the Babyland attraction (for the kids), it is literally "just around the corner." As for wildlife, it is very likely you will see deer and other "critters" during your visit. We have a winter view of Mt. Yonah's stone face.

    The cabin has all the comforts of home and more. You and your guests will get a good night's sleep in the comfortable king or in one of two queen size beds. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. We offer wireless internet, Direct TV, fireplace, Caldera (6) person hot tub, pool table, good shower heads, and a relaxing fire pit for roasting marshmallows.

    Smokerise has been delighting renters for for more than 15 years.

Our stay was great. Communication when the host was excellent and check in was a breeze. The cabin and property were perfect for our long weekend getaway. Our oups LOVED the femced in 3 acres! Everything was as the listing said. Steve got back to us immediately with a few questions we had. The property is very peaceful and private, with alot of room for our dog to run..The cabin is cozy, clean and has everything you need. We had a great time. Only issue was the key lock box, I had to fight some when we arrived and I could not open it when we left., but this could possibly have been me, it was raining and I have cancer so I couldn't stand in the rain to long .

This location is close to Helen and Dahlonega, but quiet and secluded. We enjoyed the fireplace, fire pit, pool table, hot tub, and fenced yard for our friends' dog. The cabin was clean and cozy. The owner, Steve was nice and responsive. We loved having 3 bathrooms available. The bed was comfortable. A perfect place to get away!
