Casa Atlántica dreamhouse with view welcomes you to El Sauzal, a small picturesque village by the ocean on the island of Tenerife. This 250 sqm vacation home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The main house features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a separate bedroom accessible from the patio and a separate apartment by the pool. You will find a well-equipped kitchen with a capsule coffee machine, a bistro coffee maker, and an Italian stovetop coffee maker. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a dedicated workspace, butane gas heating, and a highchair for families with young children.



Step outside to enjoy views of the sea and Mount Teide from the property's various outdoor spaces. You have access to 2 covered terraces, 2 uncovered terraces, 3 balconies, and a private garden. A private grill is available for outdoor meals. The private saltwater pool is warm during the summer months and can be heated from September to May for an extra fee. Please confirm at least a week in advance if you would like the pool heated.



Parking is available in the street for free. Please note that there are stairs to access the house. Pets are not permitted, and parties or events are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only outside. As the house is in a residential area, quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am must be respected.



The property is located not far from hiking trails and beaches. A cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. Your host will share a list of local tips and ideas to help you make the most of your visit.
