Staff were very good and helpful. Everything else was good before the hurricane disruption

The staff was amazing!

Poor customer service. Wanted guest to pay fees while in the bad hurricane storm.. treated the guest bad along taking the WiFi from the resort..

I stayed at Grand Palladium for 3 days, the service and the staffs were excellent. I had the most beautiful and spotless room at the bungalow and the view is 10/10. The staffs are very helpful and attentive. What stood was the view from the room. We stayed there as group of friends and our rooms were very close to each other. Thank you so much. That was my second there and I will definite comes back. The food made me feel like I am home. I recommend this resort 100 percent and I will be back soon.

The room was old and half of the things not working. The toilet wasn’t working I had to move to another room. there were no robe or slippers as advertised. Floor appears dirty. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. I wold not stay there again or recommend anyone.
