Cozy Cottage in Historic Savannah Near Forsyth Park

"The property is in an excellent location, very close to both downtown and Forsyth Park. We were a party of six adults and were easily able to walk to downtown and back. Overall, the property was clean enough, though not completely spotless. One major plus was the excellent laundry facilities. As for the layout, the bedrooms were fine, but the living room is definitely on the smaller side—it only seats five comfortably (a three-person couch and two chairs) around a small table. The kitchen had plenty of utensils but was short on cookware, and the kitchen knives were not sharp or good enough for cutting vegetables, so I'd recommend bringing your own. Finally, keep in mind that it is street parking only."

"Great communication and recommendations. Constant email.Property and photos as shown.Had everything for kitchen, bathroom, laundry.My only issue was the height of bed, quality of mattress. I slept on the pull out day 2 that’s was not comfortable either. The main bed seemed to fold in the middle and sink down, so with two people it was difficult . Sleep to me is important.Locations of property is convenient, near a grocery and blocks from the park.Free parking."

"What a great property! The pool is perfection, I could never go back to Savannah and not stay here. We spent so much time in the patio party which is perfect for family time. The owners checked in on us to make sure we were set. Highly recommend if you are traveling to that area you stay here. So many family memories were made."

"The apartment was adorable. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great. We walked everywhere. I would definitely stay here again. The hosts were fantastic with quick communication for any questions. There is also a dot stop right outside the apartment so if you don’t wanna walk, you can jump on the free shuttle. A wonderful place to stay."
