"The property is in an excellent location, very close to both downtown and Forsyth Park. We were a party of six adults and were easily able to walk to downtown and back. Overall, the property was clean enough, though not completely spotless. One major plus was the excellent laundry facilities. As for the layout, the bedrooms were fine, but the living room is definitely on the smaller side—it only seats five comfortably (a three-person couch and two chairs) around a small table. The kitchen had plenty of utensils but was short on cookware, and the kitchen knives were not sharp or good enough for cutting vegetables, so I'd recommend bringing your own. Finally, keep in mind that it is street parking only."

"Great communication and recommendations. Constant email.Property and photos as shown.Had everything for kitchen, bathroom, laundry.My only issue was the height of bed, quality of mattress. I slept on the pull out day 2 that’s was not comfortable either. The main bed seemed to fold in the middle and sink down, so with two people it was difficult . Sleep to me is important.Locations of property is convenient, near a grocery and blocks from the park.Free parking."

2-Story Carriage House on Forsyth Park!

"When we first tried to find the property, the address on the house was 16 not 116. Evidently one of the numbers had fallen off. After I realized that it was all good to go. We loved the place, my granddaughter loved the loft bedroom all to herself. After we realized how easy it was to use the DOT system we were great. Also the free parking was a great extra. In the past always paying to park got expensive in a hurry."

"Excellent property! My family and I appreciated all the "extras" the owner left for us like snacks, cold water, coffee and creamer, various toiletries and cooking utensils etc. My questions prior to booking were answered promptly. The property looks just like the pictures. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The street was very quiet. The property helped make our weekend get away stress free and relaxing. We will definitely book again next time we visit Savannah."

"The space was cute and new, very comfortable. It is really small, so 2 people are a bit snug. The hosts were very hospitable and kind. Check in was a little more complex than it needed to be, in my opinion. We could have easily received the door codes to arrive, but it was insisted that we come at a time that worked for the host. There was also an incident in which the host entered the space after we had checked in, though were were not present at the time. I found this rather uncomfortable. The bathroom situation was really nice for outdoor facilities! You can tell they have put a lot of effort into what they have built. It was fun for a night and I felt welcomed. Overall would recommend if you’re looking for something different."

"This was a perfect accommodation for our sisters' weekend. The apartment is clean and well stocked. The location is pretty perfect, we were 10 min from the heart of the historic area and close to a lot of great restaurants and shops. Our host answered any questions quickly. If we come back to Savannah, we will definitely keep this place in mind! Thank you for sharing your space!"
