"Comfortable cottage, but with short stairs from bedroom to washroom for those with mobility issues. We enjoyed the peaceful ocean setting with wonderful views and wildlife discoveries. Kitchen is well equipped. Michelle was there to greet us and explain what we needed to know."

"What a beautiful spot. Nice and private, very peaceful. Unfortunately, my pup decided to have a midlife crisis and we weren't able to spend time with the fur gang who are a wonderful bonus to this property. The ocean is easily accessible and the owner's easy to communicate with who were very patient with my fishing obsessed kids. Shopping, stores and hiking are all close as well. Having a warm fire at the end of the day was a lovely extra. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"This is the perfect location! It’s peaceful, quiet and clean with fast internet which allowed us to get some serious work done! The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive to any questions we had. The walking trails right out the front door are absolutely stunning as well. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"We stayed to play in a hockey tournament. Lots of space for 4 adults and a teen. We cooked in the kitchen as a family. And the jewel was sitting outside on the covered deck with the fire table going! Short walk to the beach, lots of eagles and deer to view. The area was quiet in the evening, very relaxing."

"Our family of 7 and dogs had a fabulous Island getaway. You cannot beat the views. Situated right on the ocean, we spent our mornings walking the beach, our nights in the hottub looking up at the stars and our days hiking Elk Fall trails. Situated 10min away from town, we had access to grocery stores. What we liked was the layout. There is one bedroom suite downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs including another Master. This was great for us as we had a teething baby. Everyone got their rest....

"This is our second stay at this cosy little cabin it is in a great location for hiking and paddling. Kelli is a great host and promptly attends to any issues. The cabin is showing signs of age and could use a bit of maintenance. We hope to come back next year."

"We were in Powell River to attend my grandsons final minor hockey tournament (U18 Stars) and couldn’t have selected a better place to stay! Jenn & Sean were great hosts and our accommodations were the Best. With early morning rises and many trips back and forth to the rink, we felt right at home with the comfy beds, stunning views and everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. "Walking distance to great cafes, fresh scallops from the fisherman and a nice ocean front park. The unit was spotless and super well equipped with everything you need to cook almost anything. Felt like being home. In the summer the deck would be lovely."
