"This is a very lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Very friendly staff, very welcoming and happy to help. The room was perfect - very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good - a help yourself buffet with a good variety of fresh and tasty food. Nice central location - a very short walk into the centre of Ostuni. All in all, it could not have been better. Would highly recommend. "

All the staff were attentive and friendly, particularly Desiree who welcomed us at breakfast each morning and helped us with places to visit and restaurant recommendations. "Everything is very clean, the whole complex was spotless. The staff are incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. We had a birthday cake made by the chef for our daughter's birthday, very good price, too. The food ar each mealtime was great, and different every day. "Had a wonderful stay at the hotel which had newly reopened following a renovation. The hotel had a very stylish design. The pool area was beautiful. The management and staff in the restaurant, bar and throughout the hotel could not have been more helpful and attentive. It would be impossible to name them all! The hotel is conveniently located to Polignano a Mare and for exploring Puglia area. We had a late flight on the day we departed and the hotel kindly gave us a late checkout which we really appreciated. It was such a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning soon. "
