Semi-detached house adjoining the owner's. Living room with fireplace (fiber optic internet) and open-plan fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine). On the first floor: bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 double bed 140x190cm), shower room with toilet. Baby equipment available on request. Internet access. Electric heating is extra. Bed linen and towels are available for hire. Cleaning service is extra. Shared unfenced grounds. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Parking. Perched atop this hill, Nataly's property overlooks the bocage countryside and offers a 360° panoramic view of the verdant landscape! She has made it her home and takes great pleasure in welcoming guests to the two guest rooms or her small family cottage, which is an extension of her house. She shares the garden and vegetable patch that she has cultivated on this promontory at the gateway to Brittany. The intentionally simple cottage is welcoming and cleverly furnished with reclaimed materials and furniture. The rather steep staircase leads to a very bright upper floor where the open landing even offers a relaxing space. The true charm of this place lies in the moments of connection and the unspoiled environment of this hillside at the crossroads of three regions!

The price does not include: charging for electric or hybrid vehicles.

Nataly, I live right next to the cottage and am available if needed. In the summer, I can offer you some vegetables from my garden. My animals, Nell, Gaspard and Rita, are very sociable and will come and give you sweet cuddles if you wish, but will also be discreet. I am always happy to welcome you to the fairy garden

Landelijk gelegen gîte

Op een zeer rustige locatie gelegen gîte. Communicatie met eigenaresse was zeer goed. Als er iets was konden we het haar vragen. Was zeer behulpzaam. Bakkertje (heerlijk eigen gemaakte croissantjes) en supermarkt op 5 a 6 min. rijden. Vanuit hier kon meerdere plekken bezoeken. St. Malo, mont St Michel, Het kasteel van Fougères, op zaterdag de markt van Rennes. Hier was van alles te koop. Kaas, lekkere broden, groenten, olijven etc. Neem wel een eigen tas mee. De gîte was een plek om heerlijk tot rust te komen, jammer genoeg was een week te kort.
