The property is nice and the staff is nice as well. The hotel is directly across from a beautiful park and walkable to an unlimited number of restaurants in bistros and bars. The metro is 100 m away. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working and we could not open our windows at night because a bistro directly below us left cigarette smoke billowing into our bedroom. They were kind enough to move us to another room.

David was excellent when checking us in. He was helpful with the car parking and other questions. The last morning of our stay we discovered that the elevator was out of service. He quickly and graciously helped us with heavy bags in spite of everything going on. Great location.

"Basic bed and bathroom similar to the Ibis chain. We were on the ground floor with a patio door overlooking the river. The dining room was a type of sunroom also with that same nice view.
