"Clean room, good location. My only feedback is better English instructions for the luggage storage room. We ended up contacting the virtual help desk who sorted us out in 5 minutes. We apparently needed to place our palms on the door code before entering the numbers. The other thing was a very bright exit sign in the room that we wish we could have covered as we prefer to sleep in total darkness, but otherwise a great stay. Very convenient!"

"We booked the deluxe room in the main tower without access to the club lounge. We didnt use the pool, spa or gym so i can't rate that amenities. But i would like to highlight the excellent service from our housekeeping(room was super clean, organized no dust or smell, quality of things they use in the room. Even the hair dryer they provide is dyson. High quality. The only thing they can probably improve is the bed quality. Its a little hard for my liking but it is just a personal opinion. But overall room and online service for housekeeping 5 stars! If they said 10 min, less than 10 min every single day they arrived with what you need. Nathan to the person who assist with our luggage the moment we arrived on the side of the hotel took our luggage to our room. The check in desk, the organizational and staff attentiveness i have never seen in other hotels. It is so convenient that it is just in front of our bus stop from the klimousine bus from incheon airport, hotel is directy connected to lotte mall with foodcourt just in the basement the subway station too. Overall, i cant say enough positive things to hotel and staff. I will surely stay here again next time we visit seoul"

"I'm sure many are enamored with the giant tub in the middle of the room. Somehow I initially read it as a hot tub but it's just a regular tub and we used it exactly 1 time. It's actually too big to be comfortable. It's not ergonomically designed to include or relax. It's all hard right angles so best you can do is sit awkwardly. And takes forever to fill given how big it is so you start to feel guilty about all the water you're using. Aside from that novelty of an amenity, the rooms are very nice and spacious. The onsite staff is helpful and reachable via WhatsApp or Kakao (no phones in rooms). The location is superb if you're visiting the major sites in Jongno. Overall I'd highly recommend and would stay there again. Note to the property though: a hook or two in the bathroom was so desperately wanted. Seems like a small thing but it'd be nice to hang up the bathrobe or towels."

"The hotel was located in an excellent location for shopping, restaurants and public transportation. The front desk staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with kitchen/livingroom room was very well laid out. The kitchen had enough dishes for our use. There was a dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer combo as well. This was a great bonus to have. We had daily cleaning and fresh towels delivered. We would gladly stay here again if we came back to Seoul."
