"Room and overall hotel was clean no issues. Near shopping area and restraunts and convenient stores open all night. Some of staff seem overwhelmed or frustrated at amount of kids traveling with kids. Came to town for two day basketball tournament , down time was relaxing by pool area like many other families. Older front desk lady upset at kids playong in pool being too loud. Even followed me outside when I left with son for dinner accusing me of leaving my child in pool area and I needed to get him. After explaining to her I had no other child here but son standing next to me, she proceeded to ask who their parents were. I told her I had no clue what kid she was even talking about nor did I know anyone in the pool. My son was simply playing with them. She just walked away angry and mumbling. No apologies."
