"Nice spot in the Rockies. Twin Peaks in Ouray is an older hotel that does things right. Check in is "automated" and after a long drive I did not expect that, once on the kiosk it was fine. The staff behind the counter could not have been nicer and helped as needed. The location is great, right at the entrance to Box Canyon, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. The hot springs area was also very well maintained and sitting in 104 degree water after a long day was very nice. They still have room service, the staff did a nice job with the room for our two night stay. Hotel has two sections, so the layout is not conventional, the parking it tight, especially with the number of large pickups or SUVs a place like this attrachs. We did eat at the attached resturant, the food was fine, the staff was very nice and provided great service. We did not eat at the breakfast buffet. "

"The Peaks is an absolutely gorgeous property. We were in for the bluegrass festival , so it was the perfect location for us. Sevice was top notch and we felt that it was affordably priced."
