"The room was built so that there is a gap between the bathroom and bedroom wall. You can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the bathroom with the loudest, surprising toilet flush. Also the hot tub area was dinky and across the valet parking entrance, so very inconvenient and strange. The actual hot tub was not clean. Our bathing suits needed several cleanings. "

"So close to Venice beach and great dining options. The beds were comfortable, hot showers, and plenty of towels. The pool area was never busy, although it was very small. There were scooters on the sidewalk to rent and access the beach area easily and in a fun way! My husband and I loved our 4 night stay and would stay again! "

"I stayed here for one night in April 2024 on a business solo trip. The main reason for my choice was the hotel’s closeness to the airport after a long and tiresome trip. In the end, I still got their free shuttle, which is fast and often, and runs at the departures level of all terminals - distances here are large anyway. Coffee options were great. Newly added nitro cold brew coffee which I loved. Service was good. Front desk staff were positive, polite and accommodating. "Have stayed here at various times over the past since 90's. Renovated rooms...great bar and food quality surprisingly good at the lobby restaurant and bar. Outstandingly service all around, bartenders very friendly and great at their jobs. In fact, all the workers seem to go the extra mile, front desk, valet parking, bar and restaurant and house keeping. Im going to keep on coming!"

"We had an awesome stay our room was clean and ready when we arrived around 12noon!!! The staff was super friendly considering we have a very chatty 3yr old… The balcony was awesome with large windows. The restaurant by the pool was great and staff was so nice. I have been to a few steak houses in my day for a hotel restaurant it was cooked perfectly. Anyhow we would absolutely stay here again. "
