"Staff is nice, amenities are nice with the kitchen and game room. The issue? Sleeping. The sliding glass front doors are frosted but let in a ton of light from outside lights and the moon if it’s full. Blackout curtains are too small and don’t cover the width of the front doors in total. I was up half the night. I wanted to rate two stars but the truth is if you are comfortable wearing an eye mask it’s a 4. "
"Parking was good, room was clean and air was comfortable even though the temps were unseasonably warm.
My only complaint was that I requested a ground floor room due to a disability, but I was given a room with "just 5 little steps". After 5 hr drive, 5 little steps also included 4 other steps from the parking lot first. Difficult and painful but I had no choice and my reservation was very last minute so that was my own fault."
"As someone who likes newer properties, I was very pleased by how new and clean smelling (like a new car smell) Lori’s property was while still being in a rustic setting! It was a great place to disconnect for a few days and get some hikes in (being so close to the park entrance was a plus). Lori was a great host and provided everything needed. She even had the AC on so we could walk into a nice cool room! We’ll definitely be back!"
"Everything was as sold. Nice place that felt homey, very nice views with lots of places to enjoy them from the property comfortably. charming little places nearby to eat. Host was great. I’d stay here again and again."
"My wife and I had the greatest time together in the most beautiful and serene location off the beaten path in three rivers. The owner was friendly and courteous, his service was above and beyond all expectations. We had very good WiFi service and were able to use our phones to call and text. Three Rivers and Paradise Ranch is our new spot to vacation together. Try the dinner with recipe from the commissary, better and cheaper than a nice restaurant. Thank you Kenneth. "
