"Great stay overall. Clean room. Spa was very nice. Details of services, such as, drink and ice service after spa are amazing. Only thing that did not work for me was pillow, which might be just a coincidence."

"It was difficult to find the hotel because the only sign outside was in Japanese and the place looked deserted. A passer-by took us in and I was surprised to find everywhere in semi darkness, the reason being that we had entered just before check in. The room was spotless, warm and comfortable with both dinner and breakfast included on the price. "

"Excellent stay! Hotel is very new, modern and spotlessly clean. Perfect location, just a 5 min walk from Himeji station and the Shinkansen. Staff were really friendly and helpful at check in. Stayed in a twin room and it was a great size vs. other rooms we had stayed in during our Japan trip. Would strongly recommend!"
