"Clean room and property! Ninfa at the front desk was absolutely great! Great location away from the noisier side of town. The only thing that wasn’t so great was the lack of hot water for showering. Sometimes there would randomly be a few minutes of hot water."

"Room was clean. Had a slow running sink but the property manager fixed it on a timely basis (easy to reach via Whatsapp). The roof-top mini-infinity pool was a nice touch. The property was on the hill side, so on the roof top while soaking in the pool, you get a great panoramic view of Sayulita. The property was away from the hustle-and-bustle of the main tourist center, yet several restaurants/taquerias/bars/grocery stores/pharmacies are within walking distance. The Kapital bank is within walking distance as well (the safest ATMs around). For surfers, the walk to the beach is about 10 to 15 minutes - not super convenient in that regard, but it was a reasonable trade-off for me between quiet/nice neighborhood vs quick beach access."
