"Para nós, foi um oásis! Depois de dias cansativos viajando pela Itália tivemos três noites no Le Porte di Pompei e foi maravilhoso. Fácil acesso, boa comunicação com a Felicia, estação de metro perto, mercado e opções de alimentação também. A decoração é um mimo e a mini cozinha nos ajudou muito! O banheiro é ótimo. Recomendo."

"It's a bit tricky to find but once you do, you're in for a treat. The suite was large with breathtaking views and it's not in the hustle bustle part of the city. You can still easily walk to shopping and beaches. We loved the suite and the staff and included breakfast were amazing."

"The staff, Filomena, Maria and Eugenio were super friendly and helpful all the time.
The view is just amazing, just like the name of the B&B, a paradise. What was nice is that it is still a small hotel, which allows it to be very personal.
The pool was a definite asset, the rooms were very comfortable, and included a little kitchen. Breakfast, Italien style, was plentiful with lots of home-baked goods and stunning views.
Lots of lovely corners to sit and enjoy the view. The garden with lemon...

"This villa was excellent staff very helpful and obliging lovely pool with beautiful views only downside is the steps up to the villa but local buses run frequently that can drop you off at top of hill then just a short walk and a few steps. But if you go to the Amalfi coast you have to be prepared for steps. Beautiful place"

"Hotel is next to train station, new building , clean and convenient if traveling by train. Arrived around 1:30 and the staff mentioned that there is another room ready for extra fees of additional 30 euros with breakfast. I said I wait, then she tried to push me to buy the breakfast and I told her I don’t need it to because I’m leaving early on a tour. Anyway, after 3:30 the room was ready and it was a nice room."
"Beautiful room with incredible views throughout the hotel. Shuttle was easy to navigate and the beach was wonderful to have access to. Highly recommend"
"We absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Capri. The hotel is very modern, well presented and in a great location. We stayed in a double room with a balcony. The room was lovely, and had a great view over the pool. Only negative was the room size it was a little small and lacked shelving/storage but other wise it was fantastic. We would 100% recommended staying here and if we come back to Sorrento we will be rebooking the Hotel Capri."
"Here’s a polished Expedia review you can post:
I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast.
The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. As an American who does not speak Italian fluently, I especially appreciated how well the staff spoke English. Communication was effortless, and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views and a great atmosphere. My room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Check-in was quick and seamless, making the arrival experience stress-free.
The location is truly elite—close to restaurants, shopping, attractions, and everything you need, making it easy to explore the area without hassle.
One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant. The views were absolutely incredible, and the drinks were expertly made. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery after a day of sightseeing.
The only downside during my stay was that the gym was not open or available. As someone who enjoys working out while traveling, that was disappointing. Having access to a fitness center is always a plus for me, so I would love to see that available in the future.
Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Between the amazing staff, beautiful property, spotless rooms, prime location, and rooftop dining, I would gladly stay here again."
