Un piacevole soggiorno

L’appartamento è bello e funzionale. Molto pulito ed abbastanza attrezzato. Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 ed è stato un piacevole soggiorno.

Très bonne location pour qui aime le soleil, les belles criques et plages et la mer !

L'appartement est tres bien et la propriétaire très sympathique. Ne manquez pas le musée du cedrat à proximité (il n'est pas très connu et tout simple mais l'acceuil est vraiment super). !!! Il faut avoir une voiture pour cette location car un peu excentrée mais ca garantie la tranquilité !

bella vacanza

Posto delizioso tipico delle zone tirreniche calabresi. L'appartamento è confortevole e molto pulito; non manca nulla per cucinare, lavare e viverci comodamente. In spiaggia ci si arriva attraverso una stradina(5 minuti a piedi) immersa nella natura che comunque si fa volentieri. La spiaggia è sia libera che a pagamento(sdraio ed ombrelloni),nel qual caso si puo' richiedere al signore del chiosco l'accompagnamento su in macchina pagando una piccola somma . La citta' di Scalea è a circa un km ed offre ogni servizio. Si puo' svolgere ogni tipo di attivita ' e svago sia in mare che in citta' compreso rafting sul vicino fiume Lao. Il posto è tutto sommato delizioso ,sicuro (strade interne e parcheggio privato;vigilanza anche notturna),tranquillo,spensierato e tutto da vivere(all'interno del residence c'è anche un forno che di sera si trasforma in ritrovo -pizzeria all'aperto). Un grazie alla proprietaria ,la signora Piera, cordiale e gentile. Vacanza e posto consigliati a tutti

bella vacanza

Posto ed appartamento come da foto quindi belli ,puliti e confortevoli. Scalea è vicina (circa un km) e il mare bello con anche chiosco con servizio lettini ed ombrelloni e, nel caso, risalita in macchina; comunque 5 minuti a piedi nella natura, dopo doccia sulla spiaggia, si fanno volentieri. In casa non manca nulla per cucinare ,lavare e viverci comodamente.IN zona si mangia benissimo e si possono fare divese attivita' sia in mare che in citta',come pure rafting sul vicino fiume Lao.Insimma posto bello ed ideale per la classica,anzi vissuta,vacanza al mare.Infine vogliamo ringraziare la signora Piera,proprietaria cordiale e gentile.

Die Schöncheit - Красота.

Guten Tag aller. Der Urlaub hat unserer Familie sehr gefallen. Die ausgezeichnete Wohnung, allen befindet sich nebenan und den Strand und die Stadt. Jeden Tag beobachteten wir die schönen Aufgänge und den Untergang. Nach Möglichkeit wollte man noch einmal dort einige Zeit sein. Danke. Здравствуйте все. Нашей семье отпуск очень понравился. Отличная квартира, все находится рядом и пляж и город. Каждый день мы наблюдали красивые восход и закат. По возможности хотелось бы ещё раз побывать там. Спасибо.

Molto bella e confortevole adatta a tutti

Alloggio bello, confortevole e pulito. La spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi e i servizi vicini. Noi siamo stati a giugno e quindi abbiamo goduto di una tranquillità impagabile, avevamo la baia e la spiaggia tutta per noi! Grazie Piera, Luca e Paola

Come a casa propria

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza (d'estate!) di dieci giorni a Scalea, zona davvero unica, ricca di natura, arte e belle persone. Il mare è pulitissimo e le spiagge soddisfano tutti i gusti. L'appartamento è delizioso, arredato con gusto ed equilibrio, tutto nelle tonalità del blu... Camere spaziose, ognuna con proprio bagno (con finestra!), angolo cottura molto comodo e ben attrezzato, dove abbiamo potuto cucinare ottime cene a base di pesce fresco acquistato ogni giorno da un pescatore locale (e i suoi fratelli). Dal piccolo terrazzino, dove consumavamo le nostre lunghe colazioni, si gode di una bellissima vista sul mare (i tramonti, poi, sono mozzafiato!). Da casa si raggiunge a piedi (5-10 min in discesa) una piccola baia che, tra quelle visitate, è, a mio parere, la più bella. Siamo stati benissimo, come 'a casa', e ci torneremo senz'altro. Grazie ancora Piera!
