Very clean, comfortable, cozy, homelike place. Big balcony where you can have breakfast or supper - the table and chairs and a lamp are there.
The Sun is shining until 11am in the one only window - so it is not hot inside during the day and also fan and air-conditioning available.
You can reach the beach in 13-15 mins by slow walk, and railway station just over the corner - you do not need a taxi. Transfer from/to the airport is also available for a fee. WiFi is available for fee €2 p/day ordering in advance.
