  • Scaly Mtn. NC. Perfect location! 6.5ac w/ 2 creeks, grilling deck and firepit. Great space for playing with kids or relaxing as a couple. Brand new renovation! Quiet front porch to relax and listen to the creek. Julep Farms 4mi, Highlands Aerial Park 1mi, Highlands Outpost 1mi, Downtown Highlands, NC 9 mi.

    Beautiful. Private. Convenient.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: There is a small creek crossing to access property. Very easy with small and large SUVs and trucks. Small cars and cars that are very low to the ground are not recommended. See Images above.
