"Location is great! Nice and close to the station to get in and out of the city. Plenty of buses around too, however it’s also within walking distance to landmarks like the opera house and royal palace. Staff were super friendly, however you can go your entire stay without interacting with staff as my check in and check out were self service. I only dealt with staff as I had questions and they were very accommodating with me. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was big with a nice hot shower and heated floors. My only gripe is my room was facing the street and the windows don’t seem block out the sound of cars driving over snow and ice which was quite loud. Nothing earplugs couldn’t fix"

"Great hotel, High standard of decor and excellent staff. Bars and restaurant top quality, food excellent. Also hotel is central. Opposite the main railway station and Central Bus and tram stops. Shops and restaurants close by and about 10 mins walk to the harbour and opera house. "

"Hotel is large and has good amenities. Very nice pool and services. The play area was brilliant. The family room could be a little bigger, have space to store clothes, and I personally don't like the square pillows they use, otherwise it was lovely and we enjoyed our time there. "

"We had a lovely stay here. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was brilliant being not too far from the main train station, and having bus stops a few minutes away. It's a lovely hotel that I would absolutely stay at again."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with our room, that was fixed right away. Breakfast was excellent and the selection was great. Local of the hotel is very convenient and near public transportation. Would definitely recommend it. "

"Excellent! We were here for a few days with friends and had a great time. The staff were excellent and we were upgraded in our room and had a nice view. The room was clean and comfortable - it was a little tricky to open and close the drapes the first time (all electronic). We were just across the street from the airport and so it was ideally close. The airlines had lost our luggage and the hotel was helpful in giving us some amenities to tide us over. We ate at the restaurant on site and the food was delicious. We also were in easy walking to the trains and were able to travel around Copenhagen quite easily. We were recommended this hotel from other friends and will definitely stay here on our next trip!"
