Hilltop Villa with Private Pool & Sea View in the Maremma, Tuscany

  • Private eco-villa on a secluded hilltop near Scansano, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for up to 6 guests, a pool facing open views to the sea, and two kitchens – indoor and outdoor under the pergola.

    Total privacy and quiet: the only sounds are birdsong and the wind in the olive trees. A short walk down the hill leads to a natural stream, and deer and foxes are often seen crossing the meadow. At night, the sky is full of stars.

    The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, washer and dryer, air conditioning and heating, WiFi, a baby crib and games for children, and yoga/fitness equipment under the pergola.

    Private chef dinners on request – a Tuscan dinner served on your terrace with fresh local ingredients.

    Nearby: Saturnia hot springs, Morellino di Scansano wineries, the tufa towns of Pitigliano and Sorano, and the beaches of Argentario.

    Pets: well-behaved pets may be welcome on request – please ask us before booking.
