Wir waren 2023 und 2024 im Valicella Resort. Wir haben 3 Kinder und 2023 waren wir begeistert von der Anlage und unserer Unterkunft (Panorama XL), vom Zustand der Wasserrutsche und des Schwimmbeckens. Während ich damals noch Kollegen die Unterkunft empfehlen konnte, muss ich jetzt davon abraten: Aktuell, 2024, ist der Poolbereich nicht mehr gut gepflegt, Moos zwischen den Gewegplatten zwischen großem Pool und Wasserfall liegt in großen Brocken herum, die Fugen der Gehwege entlang der Wasserrutsche sind ekelerregend. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn hier abends nicht nur die Poolroboter ins Wasser gelassen würden, sondern die Gehwege um Pool und Rutsche gereinigt würden. Die Verkleidung der Wasserrutsche selbst ist grünlich verfärbt und nicht mehr gepflegt wie 2023. DS Wasser war schon mittags durch die Sonne stark aufgeheizt und aufgrund der Besuchermassen trüb. Das „Chalet“, in dem wir unterkamen, ist in extrem billiger Weise gebaut: Die Schlafzimmertüren ließen sich nicht schließen, da die gesamten Wände schief waren, beim Aufhängen des Duschtuchs fiel der Haken samt Schrauben (nur in Sperrholz geschraubt) von der Wand, Stücke der Fußleisten fehlten und ließen somit scharfe Kanten für Kinderfüße zurück und obendrein hatten wir eine Maus in der Küche, die nachts Cornflakes, Nudel- und Kekspackungen angefressen hatte. Auch das Animationsprogramm für die Kinder wurde reduziert, es werden Schüler aus den Niederlanden als günstige Animateure ausgenutzt… Wir werden nicht wiederkommen!

Phantastische Lage am Hang, mit Ausblick auf das schöne Bergdorf Scarlino und die Bucht von Follonica. Schöner Pool mit Wildwasserrutschbahn. Weg zum Strand mit 7 km ist mit dem Auto schnell erledigt.

soggiorno breve ma intenso!

Ottimo glamping, ho trovato una sistemazione all'ultimo minuto e siamo partiti. Il campeggio è tenuto molto bene e pulito. la nostra tenda attrezzata confortevole e fresca, vicino ai bagni . Unica pecca il bar, il personale non molto ferrato nei cocktails e la mattina per colazione una sola persona dietro il banco crea molta attesa. Nel complesso siamo stati bene. Da ritornarci.

Hübsches kleines Haus, holländischer Stil. Schöner Ausblick, allerdings alles sehr hügelig. Toller Ausblick auf Scarlino und über die Ebene bis zum Meer. Küchenutensilien eher mager. Da fehlt noch ein großer Topf, eine Pfanne, etc.

La struttura è molto bella, bello il ristorante gli alloggi e il complesso delle piscine sicuramente compensa la distanza dal mare. Il campeggio si arrampica su una collina (è tutto in salita/discesa) con una vista fantastica del paesino di Scarlino e sul mare. Nota dolente è stata la non disponibilità dell'alloggio che avevamo scelto per motivi idraulici o covid, non abbiamo capito. Gli imprevisti possono capitare ma la soluzione proposta non è stata per noi congeniale.e non mi è sembrato che alla reception ci fosse neanche l'intento di venirci incontro: ci è stata proposta una sistemazione con meno posti letto in cui stringerci. Non essendo disponibile la soluzione scelta ci aspettavamo un'opzione migliorativa. Il nostro gruppo è stato diviso in due alloggi distanti tra loro, di cui uno risultava pulito all'ultimo momento e senza cuscini. Anche questo può succedere ma non rispondere mai dalla reception che si trova a 15/20 minuti di salita/discesa non è accettabile. Insomma bella la struttura ma sul modo di trattare il cliente c'è molto da lavorare.
