"We were upgraded to a room with a balcony. Staff was friendly and helpful. One minor point: The shower drain needs to be unclogged. Breakfast was fine. The parking area was spacious and convenient."

And let’s not forget the wine. If you are looking for a place to make memories in Tuscany, this is the place. We plan to return one day. "

"The hotel is older but very well maintained. Easy walk to anything in town: cafe, restaurant, castle, beaches, shopping and churches. Lovely and friendly staff. Breakfast could have more cold options like fruit and vegetables. "

"Phenomenal place! We actually added a night after we were here only two hours!! We booked this room the night before, as it was raining where we were, which was amazing we could get it with such short notice. There is no upgrade available, so that’s not on them, I was a bit saddened that we should get breakfast normally with my Expedia status, which they don't offer, but Expedia said we should get a $40 credit at a restaurant on premise, but we heard nothing of that, instead got a free drink in the bar, which we didn’t use, but I didn’t ask about it either, so that’s on me…. It was a really great few nights in a beatific complex! "
