Single-story cottage in a large Gâtinais farmhouse located in a village. Close to the owners' property. At the front, it features a large, enclosed, private courtyard with a covered shelter. At the back, you'll enjoy a fenced garden with a swing set, basketball hoop, and picnic table.
Sceaux-du-Gatinais is just 1 hour from Paris or Orléans, 15 km from Montargis in the heart of the Gâtinais region. This single-story house features a kitchen, living/dining room, separate toilet, shower room, and 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds).
Electricity, heating, and linens are included in the price. Beds are made upon arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is available at an additional cost of €72. Security deposit required.
