"It was great. The room was perfect. Only thing was when we checked in we never recieved our attraction wristbands or was told about it. We purchased attraction tickets out of pocket and found out from other guest of other hotels that this band was given to them. With any stay in villiage. I had to look it up on the blue mountain website, when I confronted the front desk that I didn’t get it, they gave me the bands right away and offered to wave my resort fee, however it’s been a couple of days and my credit card was already charged this fee. Waiting a while before I escalate it. "

"The wooden walkway was salted coming down from the lodge but at the end where it meets the sidewalk there was ice build up which caused my wife to slip and lose her balance resulting in a sprained and swollen ring finger as she reached for a branch to catch herself from hitting the ground. This has resulted to days of pain and not being able to use her right hand. "

"This house really delivered overall and was truly such a pleasure to stay in! The rooms were spacious, well appointed and the kitchen/towel closet fully stocked. We loved the ping pong table for some fun downtime, and the location couldn’t be better-just a short walk to the village. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Collingwood and the surrounding region!"
