"Thank you for the opportunity to share about our stay. I cannot say enough about your staff. Every person who you met whether at the front desk or walking in any hallway was smiling and super helpful in every way. I needed assistance in the laundry facility, (totally my issue), I asked for help and was assisted immediately. Our stay was enjoyable and would recommend this location. Only negative was the road construction near the entrance, but that is unavoidable as progress was being made."

"I always stay at this Holiday Inn in Evanston--about once a year--when visiting family. The staff are warm and professional, the facilities, while not new, are comfortable and clean. The views from the higher floors are great, and the place is convenient to downtown Evanston and the lakefront, parks, etc. I will still again. And again."

"The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was a very clean and quiet place to stay. The veiw was lovely as well. The building was very easy to navigate and get from our room to the outside with no issues. Will definitely use this hotel next time im in the area! "

"Solo trip was great.Bed could be a little softer and pillows could be a little thicker had to stack 3 up and still wasn't enough so I had to use my arm and had to put forth pillow under my waist because the bed was too hard but other than that everything else about the room and hotel was great"
