Gave them my cell said they would text me when room is ready. 5:15 still hadn’t received a text went to the front desk and the room was ready! They didn’t know why I didn’t get a text. Was told there was nothing we could comp due to check in time can go to 5-5:30p. Received a text at 5:55 stating our room was ready! The Manger didn’t care. "

"The young girl at the front desk was extremely sweet and checked us in fast. Rooms are spacious, coffee in the lobby was a great perk and the onsite restaurant was delicious while being reasonably priced. We stay often while visiting my daughter at Utica University."

"Because of my son’s club soccer career, my family has had the opportunity to spend many nights in hotels across the country. We have come to enjoy the Marriott and consider them a high-level mid range hotel. The hotel was lovely. The staff was great and the room was beautiful, however, the the bathtub was less than par. It had several chips all across the bathtub and simply put aesthetically appeared gross. It was operational and functional, but just terrible to look at. It seemed like it belonged in a motel six rather than the level of expectations that I have experienced staying at the Marriott Bonvoy. I did speak with The desk clerk, and she was very understanding and said that she would have maintenance look at it. I will attempt to attach some photos to show you exactly what I am speaking about."
