This hotel is an older property located beautifully walkably in the historic district. The rooms are small. There is an elevator, which is recommended because in old Dutch buildings the stairs are amazingly steep! But yes, a perfectly good elevator. The staff is very helpful , The front desk is open 24 hours. The breakfast is good. There is a common sitting area with books and you can store your luggage for free as a guest. I highly highly recommend the location !

The staff was great even before arrival. There was a transit strike the day of our arrival and I was notified by one of the staff members via message in regard to that and they offered to book us a taxi from the airport to the hotel. That worked out perfectly! They were all very helpful with any questions we had and sight seeing suggestions too. The room was clean and very nice. Beds were comfortable as well. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Amsterdam!
