I greatly appreciated the staff at this hotel. They went above and beyond for me and my son. I didn't appreciate their restaurant staff though. The are is great for wine lovers. I personally am not a wine fan, but the village is cute and nice to walk around.

There did not clean the fridge. There was a left over cola. They did not refill the shampoo. There was a bottle bit it was empty. There was also no extra toilet paper. After we request them, they put it into the room. But nobody knows English, so communication was really bad.

air conditioning didn’t work much, minimum it hot was 24C…
Good breakfast, but for being France i expected more. Where are the fromage options?
They don’t mention within the Expedia app that the pool is closed for kids at 5pm.
