"Pros: Der Pelletofen im 1. OG ist super. Wenn er heizt, verteilt er die Luft auch in das Bad im EG und in den Fernsehraum im 2. OG. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Mit Töpfen, einer Pfanne, Gewürzen(Salz, Pfeffer), Eierkocher, Kaffemaschine, Auflaufform, etc..... Ein rund um sehr gutes Haus. "Excellent customer service. Great location. Newly renovated. Only thing I would say is they should have 1. A few more towels 2. an extra pillow or two 3. A few dishwasher tabs to start people off 4. A rip pack or two of laundry detergent to start people off. 5. Box fans for the summer months as there are no ceiling fans or AC. We loved the place all-together! Just a few suggestions for a group to be a bit more comfortable and get started without stressing. "

"If you are just staying for a short time and don't plan on spending time in the room, it offers the best value. The rooms are very tiny, like apartments in Hongkong, but has everything. "Great location near to Stadion Letzigrund where we watched one of the Euro 2025 football matches. After flight delays / rerouting, plus the arrival day being my birthday, we arrived after a long journey to be greeted by a very friendly reception chap, who gave us a free drink in the bar and breakfast voucher. Most welcome - thank you. Room was clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioning was great as it was very hot weather. "

"First and foremost the Staff was very attentive to our needs whether we needed extra pillows, extra blankets, any info or recommendation on sight seeing or restaurants to eat at the staff was great. It was my wife and two 21 year old daughters staying at the Novatel for 5 nights for holiday from the States. . Rooms very clean. Hotel located in a good location. Not very touristy (which we like) but walkable to train station (about 20 minutes). Lots of restaurants to choose from on the walk toward train station. Grocery store across the street 2minute walk. "
