En dejlig ny istandsat bolig med god beliggenhed og rimelige faciliteter. Elevator er et stort aktiv. kæmpe badeværelser, god balkon og terrasse. Stor spiseplads i køkken.

Great Location

The apartment is located in a pedestrian area, close to a number of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. It's less than a five minute walk from the main ski lift. It is very spacious, with a large hall, kitchen/diner and lounge. The master bedroom has an impressive ensuite bathroom. Generally the apartment has high quality fittings and furniture, but the dining room chairs are very worn and one of blinds in the master bedroom is missing, meaning it was very bright from daybreak.

Ski-Urlaub mit Freunden

Die Wohnung hält was sie verspricht. Sie ist sehr großzügig ausgelegt und die beiden Terrassen garantieren Sonnenzugang. Die Lage ist für Skifahrer ideal, da sie fußläufig zur Talstation Planai liegt. Durch die zentrale Lage muss man sich bewusst sein, dass Schlafen mit offenem Fenster (Richtung Wochenende) nur bedingt möglich ist. Es ist dann recht viel und lange auf der Einkaufsstraße los. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist das allerdings kein Problem. Wir würden die Wohnung nochmals buchen..

De woning is erg groot en was zeer schoon en netjes opgeleverd. Uitladen kon gemakkelijk achter de woning en met de lift in het gebouw hoef je niet te sjouwen met bagage. De verhuurder is altijd beschikbaar voor vragen en is vriendelijk. Zowel in de zomer als in de winter is deze locatie prachtig. De bedden slapen zeer goed, de badkamers zijn zeer ruim. De keuken is uitgebreid en volledig. Ik mis twee goede koekenpannen met anti-baklaag en de afzuigkap maakt erg veel herrie. Verder alles TOP!!

Top Lage, Top Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung kann ich nur empfehlen. Besonders möchte ich hervorheben, dass die Vermieter viel Verständnis für die Teenager Gruppe hatten. Das ist nicht immer selbstverständlich, Danke nochmal herzlichst. Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist super, alles in in Schladming super zu erreichen. da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Einzig könnte die Küche etwas mehr Geschirr vertragen, Bei 8 Personen sind 3 Gläser einfach zu wenig. Die Gruppe hatte trotzdem eine sehr schöne Zeit. Gern wieder (wenn wir dürfen :-) ). Danke nochmals.
