The next day we asked the staff why it was not working, and they said that the machine often has these problems. Because of this, I had to wait outside the entrance for two hours. Also, the room was very cold, and the heating system did not work properly at all. I hope you can improve these problems for future guests. Kind regards,"

"Excellent communication from the owner, very flexible too. Lovely large house with all you need for a lovely stay. Enormous bed in main bedroom and coupled with window shutters which blocked out the light, we had a really good night's sleep. Would love to stay again when visiting Borbeck. "
