The hotel was in a good location, not too far of a walk to most areas of interest, very close to train station. There was some good dining in the area, and access to taxi to get around. The staff at the hotel seemed interested in helping with accommodations and for submitting dinning and shopping options. Luca at the front desk exceeded our expectations in every way, such a great attitude and very pleasant. We would stay there again for the location, rooms seemed a little small.

This was a great place to stay. The rooms in particular are so well thought out and relaxing. It was very hot this week so we did spend some time each afternoon relaxing in the room and felt very comfortable. The one huge flaw in the room is that there is no fridge to use (just their mini fridge with things for sale that you can’t touch). However, there was ice just down the hall and the ice machine worked really well. We used one of the sinks as a cooler.
The last day of our stay, a large convention started and the convention attendees sort of took over the resort (many thousands of them). This was a drawback that is always a risk since they have such a large convention space.
The pool was awesome, the resort had lots to do, and the location on the strip is quite good. I would absolutely stay here again over and over, but I will avoid staying here during large conventions.

My only complaint was I asked if the bedrooms were upstairs because I was traveling with my 88 year old mom and didn't want her to have to climb stairs every day. The whole unit is upstairs.
