Room was mostly clean but a rather large cobweb in the corner of the room with a few huge spiders. Staff was very friendly and helpful getting the room cleaned up. Biggest down side was the parking. Make sure you book it in advance. They only have 9 spots and they go quick.

When you wash your clothes, if you do not arrive before the time runs out, you HAVE to add more money to open the door. Also you need the exact change. If you put any other coins in the coin box the machine will not work.

A nice comfortable studio apartment a short walk from the centre of Kitzbuehel.
The bed was slightly firmer that we would have chosen, some noise at night from nearby bar but otherwise a very good choice.

"Great hotel and location, very clean and modern. Opted for the environmental option for to not clean the room everyday for a free beer. However we never got the free drink tickets, never cleaned the garbage out, and ran out of toilet paper and had to find more ourselves. Staff were not very ..."
