"We had a wonderful stay at this property! The sunrise over the water was absolutely breathtaking one of the highlights of our trip. The location is peaceful and beautiful, with easy access to the Schoodic Peninsula, which I highly recommend visiting. It’s also an easy drive to Bar Harbor and Ellsworth, making it a perfect spot for exploring the area, especially in the fall. The setting was ideal for our family getaway, and we left with so many special memories."

"Amazing views and this VRBO has everything you need to enjoy the lake that is literally right off the deck! Sunsets are amazing and water is crystal clear. The home is a cozy cabin that makes you feel the peace and serenity. There is a firepit, tree house, lake toys, kayaks, fishing supplies, and much more to enjoy your stay. I would stay here again!"

"The cabin was beautiful and clean. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything that was needed to cook. The beds were comfortable and was nice that each room had a TV so we could spread out in evenings. The covered porch was enjoyed each morning for coffee. The white binder with recommendations was great.We were quite far from a grocery store but we did use the little store that was along US 1 to get a few things and subs! We truly enjoyed Ironbound Restaurant and recommend for dinner or for drinks in their outdoor area. "

"This quaint stay was everything we needed for our trip to MDI. Becka was a wonderful host (as was her angelic dog, Cayenne), and we loved the rustic setting. The rental was well and thoughtfully stocked. The outdoor shower was so enjoyable, serenaded by the nearby apiary. Even the early bird rooster made us laugh. Would happily stay again."
