Nicht buchen

Wir sind schon nach der ersten Nacht wieder abgereist. Das Haus ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Die Sanitäranlagen schmuddelig und Klo sehr unangenehm riechend. Im Bad und im 2. Stock sind Fenster, die nicht geschlossen werden können. Im Wohnzimmer sind Möbel, die sehr stark nach altem Rauch riechen, welcher mit Raumsprays massiv übersprüht würde. Die Kammer unter der Treppe roch sehr stark nach Schimmel, was sich ebenfalls im gesamten Erdgeschoss ausbreitete. Durch den Gruch fühlten wir uns besonders unwohl. Sowohl in der Küche, als auch im 1. Stoch in einem Schlafzimmer lagen Steckdosen direkt an den Waschbecken, was ein großes Gefahrenpotential birgt. Lichtschalter verdreckt oder unvollständig. Polstermöbel fleckig, wurden mit Tüchern oder Kissen verdeckt. Das Eisfach des Kühlschrankes war komplett vereist. In einer Beurteilung über das Haus von einem Nutzer im April, welche wir erst am Morgen des ersten Tages lasen, waren die meisten der von uns beschriebenen Mängel bereits auch schon vorhanden. Die Vermieterin scheint es nicht nötig zu halten, die beschriebenen Mängel zu beseitigen. Die Komunikation mit fewo-direkt und der Vermieterin war unbefriedigend. Wir haben zwar einen Teil unseres Geldes zurück bekommen, aber 218€ weniger, als mit der Vermieterin vereinbart. Wir hatten uns sehr auf den Urlaub in dieser Gegend gefreut, weil wir diese Ecke von den Niederlanden sehr mögen. Die Bilder im Inserat sind sicher nicht ohne Grund so unscharf.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Das Haus war offenbar mal ein Raucherhaus und ist in einem schlechten, ungepflegten Zustand. Der Gestank im Erdgeschoss war für uns als Nichtraucher sehr unangenehm. Mehrere Fenster ließen sich nicht richtig schließen und das Waschbecken bei der Dusche war unbenutzbar, da unten Wasser herauslief. Auch das Eisfach war unbenutzbar, da komplett vereist. Bereits eine Stunde nach unserer Ankunft klingelte die Nachbarin und bat uns leiser zu sein, sie müsse von zuhause arbeiten. Mit zwei kleinen Kindern war das mehr als unentspannt. Alles in allem ist das Haus unserer Ansicht nach weder für Nichtraucher, noch für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Entsprechende Hinweise in der Anzeige wären hilfreich. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist.

Schönes großes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Siedlung in Schoorl. Der Wohn-Essbereich ist schön groß. Der Allgemeinzustand des Hauses und Inventars könnte besser gepflegt sein.

Das Hause hat Charme. Sehr gemütlich.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Konnten 2 Räder mit nutzen. Die Lage ist super. Eine ruhige Umgebung.
