"Self-catering accommodation was clean, very tidy, nicely laid out and all of items that we were advised of were there to use. During day the windows gave plenty of natural lighting.The bathroom was a bit on the small side, internal house doors were a bit noisy closing, dishwasher was a bit old and small. "Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten jederzeit eine Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Sehr gefallen hat uns die Ruhe und der freie Ausblick auf Felder und Wiesen. Obwohl der Obernzenner See zur Zeit noch geleert ist, gibt es viele Ausflugsmöglickeiten und Wanderangebote im angrenzenden Weinanbaugebiet. "Wir hatten eine wunderbare Auszeit auf dem Hof. Die Ankunft im Nebel und Schneetreiben lief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir haben die Ruhe auf dem Hof sehr genossen. Auch mit Hofhündin Elli haben wir uns schnell angefreundet. Sie beißt nicht, ist aber sehr verschmust. Auch mit Ehrenfriede hatten wir schöne Gespräche. Wenn es passt, kommen wir gerne wieder!"

"We absolutely loved our stay here! We were a family of five, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself was lovely—clean, comfortable, and charming. Best of all, the location was perfect for exploring the town. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!"

Excellent Customer Service.

"There are many reasons why this hotel was excellent for our family. The hotel is clean, overall the breakfast is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. I had a situation with my reservation that required some care and Lisa from the front desk went above and beyond to help me and my family. I cannot say enough good things about her and her kindness towards my family. It is employees like here that make all the difference in the world for a guest. She was compassionate and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. If there is anything you can do to recognize her excellent costumer service skills. Had it not been for her we would have likely not made it to Rothenburg and added extra days to our stay. The hotel staff was also very helpful when I requested an earlier check-in for my additional 2 days at the hotel. I told them that my husband had mobility issues and was feeling ill and that it would be very helpful if he could have access our new room earlier than normal. The young lady at the front desk called the maids and asked them if they could clean the room for us and it was done within an hour. That's what I call, excellent customer service. As it turns out, my husband wound up needing to go back to the hotel room to get the rest he needed. It made all the difference in the world for us for he was in a lot of pain that day. Breakfast was excellent but eggs were ok and wish restaurant food was at a lower price point."
