This was a very good value for the price. Given the lower price, one would expect an older facility outside of the center of activity. That being said, the room was exceptionally clean and the minimal interaction with the staff was pleasant. I would certainly recommend this hotel as a budget choice.

Prostitution meetup in rooms. I for sure witnessed it without a doubt. Wet toilet paper balls the size of baseballs thrown on the ceiling in the bathroom and multiple roaches in the room. I did not eat the breakfast the provided. Really great restaurant next door.

The breakfast was really the only thing that wasn't up to expectations. It was more of a "Grab and Go" type setup than a continental breakfast. Other than that it was great.

Nice and great location
It was a nice hotel.. Bed was big and comfortable… big bathroom area to get dressed. I had a microwave, ironing board, fridge and a coffee pot. Located behind the Oakridge Smokehouse, for breakfast or dinner. I would definitely stay again.

If only the bathtub and towels were bleach clean.
The staff was nice but the bathtub was so dirty and the towels could be bleached. I waa staying there because I went to the Flatonia festival. I traveled from Round Rock to go out there. I was exhausted and looking forward to a shower after a long day. Definitely not the experience I was looking for. Especially for the price. Ive been to some hotels that are better for less money. This is the first bad review i have ever written. I just hope the establishment tells the cleaning crew to clean the bathrooms a bit more thorough.

We really didn’t like anything about our stay but what we liked was the drive from the motel to the Arbors market. The parking is not enough. The workers use the front entrance to park their car and you can use the drive way. No breakfast coffee was bad. And the room was dirty. We will never stay here ever. We were in a pinch and nothing else was available in the area.
