TV didn’t work - nobody replied when I informed them.
The room faces the train station and a busy road - do not expect to get any sleep. Was a necessity for a cancelled flight due to Etna eruption with an early start.

The Arche Design Rooms and Suites was a good choice for us. We found it comfortable and convenient with good food choices nearby. The recommendations by the team for where to eat were so helpful and we felt really welcomed.
We didn’t use the Spa so can’t comment. Our late arrival was no problem and we enjoyed the breakfasts - all the food was fresh and tasty.
We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend Arche to other travellers

"Silvio and Carmelo were amazing! Very accommodating, and the room was really clean. The aroma tour was a great experience to learn about many different scents. Also, breakfast was yummy as well, particularly the anchovies and local jam from Sciacca."
