terrace and large private swimming pool with sunbeds. There are two
sheltered sitting areas, one sheltered dining area, and BBQ facilities.
The ground floor consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen
connected via a hallway with a dining area and a family bathroom. An
inner staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms
(one with a double and single bed, one with double bed and one with
twin beds and ensuite bathroom). The property offers private off-road
parking.

sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool
terrace.

Additional Information

The municipality of Sicili has implemented a tourist tax.The tax amount
is set at 1,5 Euros per person, per night, for 7 consequential nights .
Children under 12 years of age are exempt from this tax. This is paid
upon arrival to the local agent.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
