"Lovely property and central location"

"Great hotel, location ideal for travelling from any direction. Room was comfortable, clean and well stocked with tea/coffee. We ate in the hotel both nights and food was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and enough variety to cater for most tastes. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool was great size. "

"I arrived to the property late evening to find that it was no longer operating as a business. My son was with me and we had to find alternative accommodation ourselves. Not a pleasant experience at all. The property is still listed on other booking platforms despite not operating as a business. "

"The kitchen facilities were good with plenty of plates and everything provided like dishwasher tablets. The host was brilliant sorting a minor alarm issue wilst we were out for the day, peace of mind that this is provided along with cctv outside the property was nice for us as anglers. The location is fantastic for Cootehill and the surrounding area with a very friendly bar/social club just short walk up the road. There is a lovely view out the back and whilst we stayed in autumn I'm sure it would be great in the winter with underfloor heating etc."
