She was very informative about all of the amenities the property offered and again genuinely friendly. The overall property, room and parking lot was well maintained. I especially loved the fluffy bath towels! I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling through West Virginia!"

"There is no breakfast currently im not sure when it’ll be back but there was a lot of close by options for food some in same parking lot there is also a fridge and microwave in room so you can always bring your own stuff but other the. "The rooms were very nice, and very clean! The staff were all so kind, a wonderful complimentary breakfast, and the rooms and beds were very cozy and comfortable! The only complaint we had was the elevators. 2/3 elevators were down, which things happen and that’s okay! But it turns out one elevator has been down for over a year, and the other had been down for 7 months. This is an incredibly busy hotel and it would turn to a 15-20 minute wait every time we had to change floors. This is not a reflection on staff but more on the owners who are not taking care of the property. It was very sad watching cleaning staff struggle to get everything done due to the elevators. They definitely need raises, they are working so incredibly hard."
