"Clean public and guest room. Carpeting was worn, pattern worn & only evident close to walls. Pattern gone in high traffic areas"

"First room we got the mattresses were sitting on the floor, no frames. They need to upgrade the mattresses and duvets. The bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning. Staff was friendly. "

"Overall a great stay. Did not make it to the breakfast and only negative was an icy parking lot but due to the winter conditions this could not be helped and was the same all over town. "

"Got there , dirty and under Reno’s. Had to move to a different place the staff want helpful at all.there was a lady there she tried to be helpful but a very rude male manager. Expedia stepped o. Tho Ana were very helpful with fixing this for me. I wouldn’t use any other booking other then Expedia they never fail to have best customer service. "
