    Kick back and relax in this private, peaceful setting. The Cottage at Deer Ridge Farm is nestled in a clearing on 220 acres surrounded by a forest of beautiful hardwoods. Minutes from many wonderful local wineries, as well as several places of historical significance: Monticello, Highlands, and Michie Tavern. A short drive will take you to The University of Virginia, as well as the Downtown pedestrian mall, which is full of wonderful restaurants, eateries, shopping and live music venues.

    Both bedrooms are on the upper level.

This cabin was the best cabin we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in a lot. It’s so well built, beds are super comfortable. Everything is new or at least looks new. Super quiet. We saw 5 deer that came right up to the bushes and trees to eat berries. Close by trip to Carter Mountain Orchard. Which had incredible views and yummy food and treats.
