"We stayed 5 nights the last week of Oct. The house was wonderful and Cindy made a few changes to our rezy to allow us to enjoy the last of warm weather. The property is on a serious slope in the back and in my opinion, not something to tackle too easily for lake access. We're fishermen and were expecting the water level to be too low to use the dock, but we also didnt know the dock is a good deal away even if we could have. Ended up using the Baileys Point Campground to launch boats each day. 2...

"The property was great for our family of four, much better option than a hotel with plenty of space to spread out. It has everything you’d need, we didn’t cook this trip bc it was only a few nights but was set up so all you’d need is a quick trip to the grocery. It was only a short drive to a variety of caves. It was a nice retreat back after hiking and checking out caves, the beds were comfortable and there was even a few games for additional family fun."

"This was the perfect location for my family from WI and NC to meet up. Everyone had plenty of space and plenty to do. The dogs and kids loved the yard. We liked that a major city was close, but neighbors were far. The house is spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Being from Wisconsin, we were delighted not to find the old house drafty. Every thing was clean and easy to find. All the modern items one needs to run a household were present. We visited Mammoth Cave, Lost River Cave, the Corvette...

Only downsides was that there wasn’t any room for kids to play in the yard, no direct access to water for fishing and fire pit area wasn’t very disable but again the house was fantastic and we did enjoy the entertainment room in the basement a ton!"
